
Rachele Espiritu
Board Member
Rachele C Espiritu PhD is a first-generation Filipina research psychologist who brings experience in strategic planning; diversity, inclusion, and equity; and collaboration to the DCC Board. Her son, Jeremy, has been with the choir since 2nd grade and now sings with the Mountain Aires and Altitude. She is a founding partner with Change Matrix, a minority- and women-owned small business that motivates, manages and measures change to support communities and systems that improve lives. Rachele is passionate about service leadership and community engagement and serves on numerous boards. She loves the mission of DCC to foster harmony in music and life for diverse children in Denver.
