
Cecilia Quintanilla

Cecilia's passion for music began at an early age. She graduated from the National Conservatory of Music in Bolivia as a concert pianist. Throughout her music career she learned how to play the clarinet, violin and harp and has been an active member of several choirs. As a pianist, Cecilia was an accompanist for the Philharmonic and National Symphonic Orchestra’s choirs of Bolivia.
Cecilia moved from Bolivia to work for the Denver Public Schools as an Early Childhood Educator at the end of 2017. She is coordinator of the Lights On After School program at Bryant Webster Dual Language and is the leader of the Piano Club. She is an avid advocate for Gifted and Talented students as a member of Gifted and Talented Leaders of Color and Allies.
Cecilia lives in Denver with her 14 year old daughter Clara who plays the flute and is an active member of the Choir.
