FTWO Pre-Concert Rehearsal

Gates Hall, Newman Center – day of concert:

We will have runners helping singers get into the main hall.  You can drop-off and pick-up your child at the North entrance on Iliff.

MONTANE: rehearsal call time is 9:10 am, pick up is 10:40 am (not in dress) go home to rest and eat 

TIMBERLINE: rehearsal call is 8:50 am, pick up is 10:40 am (not in dress) go home to rest and eat

ALPINE: rehearsal call is 8:30 am, pick up is 10:40 am (not in dress) go home to rest and eat

MONTANE, TIMBERLINE, ALPINE – CONCERT CALL TIME – 1:30 in warm up room, dressed and ready to go for a 2:00 pm concert (duration approx 1 hour and 40 minutes)

MONTANE, TIMBERLINE AND ALPINE UNIFORM: short sleeve RMCC polo shirt, black pants, black belt and shoes.

Order your shirt, Alpine – purple, Timberline – maroon, and Montane – green, through the RMCC

(singers on financial assistance will be lent a shirt through the RMCC office)

You will provide your own black “chino-style” pants, black socks and black shoes

SUMMIT: rehearsal call is 9:50 am, pick up is 11:10 am (not in dress) go home to rest and eat

MA/MM: rehearsal call is 10:00 am, done at 12:50 pm (not in dress).  You will have breaks.  Bring food or money to buy food around the DU area or at Gates Hall

FOURTEENERS: rehearsal call is 10:00 am, done at 12:10 pm (not in dress).  You will have a break after rehearsal to go home, eat on campus or at Gates Hall.

ALTITUDE: rehearsal call is 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (You will have breaks)

COMMUNITY CHOIR: rehearsal call is 10:00 am, done at 11:30 am.

PERFORMING CHOIRS AND MM – CONCERT CALL TIMES:

2:00 pm for the All Choir Concert, in warm up room dressed and ready to go in Dressy Uniform

5:00 pm for the 5:30 pm Performing Choir Concert – (duration approx 2 hours with intermission)
